1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fg6 ("fg6", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at fg6.club. These Terms apply to your use of all services, games, features, and content available on the fg6 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, crash games, and any promotional offers.

fg6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, fg6 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the fg6 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. These Terms are written and governed in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or localised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. All communications between fg6 and its players — including support tickets, account notifications, promotional correspondence, and legal notices — will be conducted in English.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players access fg6 on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with their local laws and regulations. fg6 makes no representations that the services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and fg6 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

To register and use the fg6 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the platform as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or director of fg6 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fg6 or had a fg6 account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

fg6 employs a robust age verification process at registration. All new accounts are required to confirm date of birth, and any account for which fg6 has reasonable grounds to believe may belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended pending identity verification. Any winnings accumulated on an account that is found to belong to a minor will be forfeited in full, and the account will be permanently closed.

2.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices, fg6 may at any point request that a player submit identity verification documents. These may include a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or a utility bill confirming residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) fg6 account. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different name, email address, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, fg6 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts.

When registering your fg6 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all required fields. You are responsible for keeping your registered information up to date. If any of your details change — including your email address, mobile number, or bKash/Nagad account — you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting fg6 support at [email protected].

3.1 Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fg6 username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your fg6 account. fg6 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fg6 support immediately at [email protected]. fg6 will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending a security review. You are advised to enable two-factor authentication, available within your account security settings, to add an additional layer of protection.

3.2 One Account Policy

fg6 operates a strict one-account policy. The following circumstances will trigger a multi-account investigation and may result in account suspension:

• Multiple accounts registered from the same IP address or device.
• Multiple accounts linked to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number.
• Multiple accounts sharing the same full name and date of birth.
• Patterns of play that suggest coordinated exploitation of bonuses across accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

fg6 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though fg6 reserves the right to request verification documentation for deposits above certain thresholds in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering policies.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your fg6 account in real time. Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing time. fg6 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fg6 is not responsible.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to your fg6 account, subject to KYC verification. fg6 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the recipient payment method — bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically instantaneous; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

fg6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Pending withdrawals will be held until satisfactory documentation is received and reviewed. fg6 also reserves the right to reverse or void any withdrawal found to involve fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

fg6 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any criminal activity. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns. fg6 reserves the right to report unusual or suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities. Players must not use fg6 accounts for any purpose other than legitimate online gaming and sports betting activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fg6 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds on fg6 is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus would require ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable as cash.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. In general, the following rules apply across all fg6 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Players who have self-excluded or set a deposit limit that prevents meeting the qualifying deposit threshold are not eligible for that promotion.
• fg6 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms; unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account balance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fg6 actively monitors accounts for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, low-risk matched betting across outcomes, exploitation of free spins on excluded games, and the coordination of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times. Where bonus abuse is identified, fg6 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account without further notice.

6. User Obligations

By using the fg6 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg6 platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; or engaging in any form of financial fraud against fg6 or other players.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features in a manner not available to the general player population.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or unfairly influence sports betting markets.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have insider knowledge of a fixed or pre-determined outcome.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from any component of the fg6 platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider while retaining winnings generated from the disputed funds.

fg6 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your fg6 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receipt of your request, fg6 will process the closure within 72 hours. Any confirmed real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to any applicable KYC verification requirements.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by fg6

fg6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request.
• Inactivity — an account that has had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as inactive; fg6 will notify the registered email address before taking any action on inactive accounts.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the fg6 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent exclusion. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg6, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the fg6 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.

fg6 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond fg6's reasonable control (including network outages, power failures, or force majeure events) may result in temporary service unavailability. fg6 will use reasonable endeavours to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance and to restore service promptly following any unplanned outage.

8.1 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, fg6 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. No claim for winnings will be accepted on the basis of a malfunction. fg6's decision in such circumstances is final.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

fg6 takes reasonable care to ensure that all information published on the platform — including odds, game rules, bonus terms, and promotional details — is accurate and up to date. However, fg6 does not warrant that all information is free from errors or omissions at all times. Where a material error is identified that has affected a player's bet or account balance, fg6 will correct the error and, where appropriate, adjust the affected account accordingly.
